By submitting a nomination to the Gujarati Iconic Film Awards (GIFA), the Producer agrees to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility & Authenticity: All submitted information must be true, accurate and legally authorized.
2. Producer's Consent & Authorization: The Producer grants irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use trailers, clips, music, dialogues and audio-visual material for stage performances, promotions, marketing and telecast.
3. Live Performances: Content may be used for on-stage performances, montages and highlight presentations without additional approval.
4. Promotion, Marketing & Publicity: Usage is permitted across social media, television, OTT platforms, print, outdoor and digital media without royalty.
5. Telecast & Digital Broadcast Rights: The complete ceremony may be broadcast and streamed globally on any platform.
6. Waiver of Rights Claims: All present and future claims regarding music, performance, broadcasting and synchronization rights are waived.
7. No Royalty or Financial Claim: No compensation shall be claimed for the usage of film material during GIFA.
8. Indemnity: Producer shall indemnify GIFA against any legal or third-party claims.
9. Editing Rights: GIFA may edit or technically modify content for broadcast or promotions.
10. Disqualification: GIFA may disqualify any entry violating these terms.
11. Nomination Deadline: Submissions must follow official deadlines.
12. Entry Fee: There is No Entry Fees Involved for Nomination.
13. Multiple Categories: A film may be entered in multiple categories subject to approval.
14. No Guaranteed Selection: Nomination does not guarantee award.
15. Jury Decision: Jury decisions are final and binding.
16. Screening Rights: Films may be screened for evaluation.
17. Non-Withdrawal: Once submitted, nominations cannot be withdrawn.
18. Submission Responsibility: Producer must submit all required materials in the correct format.
19. Subtitles: Non-Gujarati films must include English or Gujarati subtitles.
20. Legal Compliance & Originality: Films must comply with all applicable laws and copyright regulations.
21. Conflict of Interest: Any relationship with jury or organizers must be disclosed.
22. Revocation of Award: Nomination or award may be revoked if misrepresentation is found.
23. Category Rights: GIFA may modify, merge or cancel categories.
24. Publicity Obligation: Winners must cooperate in promotions.
25. Trophy & Certificate: Duplicates may incur charges.
26. Attendance & Representation: Authorized representative may collect award if producer is absent.
27. Sponsorship & Branding: Sponsor branding may appear during the event.
28. Force Majeure: GIFA is not liable for unforeseen circumstances.
29. Data Storage & Archival: Submitted materials may be archived permanently.
30. Non-Transferability: Entries are non-transferable.
31. Code of Conduct: Unprofessional behavior may lead to disqualification.
32. Digital Acceptance: Online acceptance is legally valid.
33. Amendment Rights: GIFA may amend terms anytime.
34. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Jurisdiction shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
35. Final Authority: GIFA Management decision shall be final.
