For each nomination Nominees shall have to send 3 set of CD/DVD of Nominated Film at Quality Mark Trust office. As a policy of the Quality Mark Trust, the information provided by the applicants will be kept confidential. No information will be divulged to anybody without the written consent of the applicant. The information will only be given to the selection committee for the purpose of their study and selection process.
